I'm 6'4" 270. I fall short....I wish I was 6’5” and a lean 315lbs
Yeah..Deserves more cred than he has been given.
Deserves a place on the all time best players for this team list.
Yes...sadly we are probably watching his last 16-48 games....
Great Man bruh
Yeah..
To me I think of Rayfield Wright, Larry Allen and Williams. Ralph Neeley and Mark Stepnoski as great OL.
Tyron Smith has been good in his early years..not as much the last 3. Too many injuries. Availability has bee a big issue for him. They seem to know he will miss a quarter of a season anymore.
Hopefully somebody can fill his spot some this year and keep him fresh.
Well i feel a little better about his core strength after watching this.

He is one of the all-time greats. I never doubted his strength. Tyron is always in great shape. But watch him play against NFL DEs and you can see he has lost a little lateral quickness. I remember the end of Larry Allen's career with Dallas. He was still strong as an ox, but his feet were not as quick and he struggled with quicker DTs. Larry Allen was the greatest OG I have ever seen and there have been a lot of good ones in my 50+ years of watching football. Father time wins the war against everyone.
Tyron is young still but he has had a fair share of injuries, especially to his back. Back problems do not go away. There is no operation to heal them either. They can operate to relieve the pain but there is usually a tradeoff, like flexibility or mobility. I really hope Tryon can recover some of his quickness, but I am being realistic when I do not expect it. When Tyron retires or is released by the Cowboys, it will be a huge loss for the team. There are not many LTs as good as he was. But it is going to happen and its going to happen sooner than we'd like.
Yes.I'll add Nate Newton to that list.
Niland too.

Really? Who in hades thought he was a right tackle?I remember everybody complaining when we drafted a “right tackle” with the 9th overall pick. Turned out to be one of the greatest draft picks in Dallas Cowboys history.
WowCrazy thing that the kid is only 3
