Seems like a Simeon Rice-like DE that Marinelli had in Tampa and likes. Would not be surprised if guys like McKinnley, Harris, and Charlton are gone, we might pick him in 30s. Athletic pass rushers with his potential are hard to find.

I think Simeon Rice and Jason Taylor both played DE at 245. And Bowser is young enough to add weight. I think that is really all that would be holding him back from fitting at RDE in Marinelli's scheme.

I keep noticing him rising in the charts at ESPN.
He's #21 on Kiper's latest board, for example.

Specifically this 2017 Draft has several real late round Gems on the DL, in the DBackfield and at RB that will actually impact the NFL not only for years to come but also immediately this season.


In fact, Day 2 and 3 could trump day1.
