UDFA Thread

This is how you fine tune a secondary, both of these DBs bring something similar and needed to the table and thats becasue they are CB/S transitional.

This is a position of strength for this defense with just the sheer athleticism , size/speed package that will definitely challenge two job holders in Ball and Watkins.

The 53 is very tight with the level of talent on this team, considering atleast half of lasts seasons draft class with the 3 lbs, Brewster, and
Hamlin,,, is that a stretch?

Take 5 minutes and review the roster with this draft class and lets start making some very interesting/rough decisions.

I like that problem.

We just signed Gronkowski.

dont you dare play with me.......if you are joking i will go Mike Tyson on your children.....:laugh2:

i am so sick of the Packers taking the players i want......they just signed Tim Knicky.

i hope we completely wipe them off the field next year....to get rid of the sour taste in my mouth from last season's game, as well as this years draft...especially stealing Marshall Newhouse.

I love this kids abilitys.

I've never seen him. Anyone got any video?

Let me guess.... He played in a spread....?

There is no reason I know of that Ciron Black shouldn't be on the first bus to Dallas.

Ciron Black might be injured and thats why no one is taking him

Maryland Center Phil Costa another to the Boys.

Just listened to a blog interview with him. This guy might can push Proctor off the team. Plays guard and center, but feels more comfortable at center because he likes "to make the calls and be the quarterback of the offensive line." Two-time academic all-ACC, graduated early and set a power-lifting record at Maryland. 6-3, 305.

Taken from the list of players they showed an interest in during the offseason... I have other pet cats, but won't include them on this list:

Duke Calhoun, WR, Memphis...
Kevin Jurovich, WR, San Jose State...
Danario Alexander, WR, Missouri... obviously, not all of them...

Shawnbrey McNeal, RB, SMU...
Lonyae Miller, RB, Fresno State...
James Peters, FB, Abilene Christian... got a strong hunch about this one...

Nic Richmond, OT, TCU...

Robert Rose, DE, Ohio State... another strong hunch here...

Brandon Lang, OLB, Troy... can't believe he didn't get drafted, he's the highest rated player still on my value board...
Aaron Morgan, OLB, Louisiana-Monroe... the Boys reportedly considered drafting him...
Kevin Alexander, OLB, Clemson...
Kyle Bosworth, OLB, UCLA... honestly, I don't see a need at OLB, but the Boys looked at a bunch of them...

Matt Mayberry, ILB, Indiana...

Rafael Priest, CB, TCU... a favorite of mine...
Bryan McCann, CB, SMU...

Garrett Lindhom, K, Tarleton State...

Don't be surprised if 5 or 6 from this list wind up in training camp...

i really like the last 2 buddy

Lindhom really interests me, with his strength of kicking long field goals, and McCann with his superior speed, 4.38 i think in 40, with great kickoff or punt returning.
He might be a good cb to help us in time too, like Priest.

Over at cowboys-forum, they're reporting that we've signed Elon WR Terrell Hudgins, SMU CB Bryan McCann and NT Junior Aumavae (can't remember where he's from).
