Machida MIGHT have won the third round. But that's it. I still can't believe it.

I thought Machida won rounds 2 and 3 myself.

They don't test for steroids in Japan, nothing to be surprised about. If he got signed in the UFC he'd be about half the size he is right now by the time of his octagon debut =D.

Thats why that ****** bag hasn't defended his StrikeForce HW belt. I am willing to bet my left nut that he is dirty. Werdum has repeatedly called him out and says that the reason he will not fight in the US is because "he can't drink his magic potion that makes his so good oversees."

That's the truth, but did Werdum also call himself out for being out of shape in his last UFC fight that would have made him #1 contender?

I honestly thought Machida won the first 3 rounds. I know I'm in the minority, but I thought he landed more power shots and stuffed Shogun's takedowns, so I gave him those rounds. Shogun definitely won the last 2 rounds though, and if there would have been more rounds Shogun would have won.

I'll just post what I watched from the 1st round since a lot of people agree Machida won rounds 2 and 3.

Machida clinches and throws knees to Shogun's midsection. Then I saw Shogun throw some leg kicks, and Machida countered with kicks of his own and punches to the head. It was a close round, but I thought Machida won. Shogun landed more shots, but Machida's were more effective.

Like I said, if the fight was more rounds Shogun would have pulled it out. And in the rematch, I think Shogun has a great chance of winning. But I do think Machida won that fight.
