He had a bad illness and lost 40 lbs during it. He's back to training now and they say he's healthy again. He will prob fight the winner of Mir/Carwin unless they give it to Cain.

I dont like Brocks chances if he has to fight Cain right out of the gate.

He shouldn't have to fight Mir if he beats Carwin.

Cain has looked very impressive but i'm not sure he could deal with brocks size and power. I would def pay to see that fight.

I can't stand Bisping. He got saved by the bell two times or he would have been stopped.

I did not expect Silva to win last night, i had a feeling Velazquez would take Nog but i never expected him to get a stoppage, thought he would get some take downs and just spoon with Nog for 3 rounds

Crocop got his paycheck so i guess he's happy, but he's turning into another Don Frye by staying around this long if he gets a semi decent opponent the next time he'll lose again. He should have retired after he won the Pride GP he's seemed pretty content with just showing up since then.

Overall good card but i just can't shake the feeling that it's all just time killing fluff for the only fight i really wanna see these days, Machida vs Shogun 2. I think it's set for May now. It was originally supposed to be on this card IIRC but Machida hurt his hand or something

I don't consider Brown Pride to be racist any more than I consider Black Pride to be racist. The only thing I hold against him is he wrestled fro the Arizona State Scum Devils. The guy is a good fighter.

You're missing the point. A "White Power" tattoo and even a "White Pride" (if only because of its likeness) tattoo is racist because it is a staple tattoo of huge racists. Doesn't mean that similar tattoos by people of different skin tone are racist.

I guess that sucks for white folks who aren't racist but still want that tattoo. Doubtful such a person exists but that's the way it goes.

I agree on wanting to see the rematch of Machida/Shogun. I think Shogun won the first one.

I know. Silva could've ended that fight whenever he wanted to but he just never exploded on him.

Bisping is terrible and someone like Silva should give his game no respect when they fight.

This loss + the Henderson loss pretty much ensures that he probably never gets a shot at Silva. Anonther loss and he should be relegated to the undercard on any event held outside of the UK

There is a double standard that you just gotta learn to live with. Its stupid but it is what it is because of history.

I feel bad for the guy though for being dumb enough to get that crap tatted on his chest anyways. Brown pride? How dumb is that?

I just think there are better ways for him and people (as in those who scream brown/black/yellow/indian pride) like him to show pride in who they are. I wouldn't have a problem if he just stenciled his nationality, like a flag, or a famous person from his nationality on his chest. His is just a grade-school mentality.

I wish Pride was was still around. The whole setup, especially the camera work, put the UFC to shame. It was so much better.

Just read where he had a tear in his intestines and it was leaking into his body, which made him sick and caused him to get another illness. He said the treatment he recieved in Canada almost killed him.
