We will see. That performance was dominating. Her next couple of fights will let us know if she is legit but after watching tonight I would say she is.

Holly Holm looked world class after her beat down of Rousey. We saw how that went afterwards.

Ronda isn't popular, I get it. She was the best at her apex, and it isn't close. Gtho if you think there's been a better female fighter (not directed at you, Viman)

I completely disagree. Woman's UFC is so new, name me a more dominant fighter?

I think tyke is saying Ronda came in during a time in organized women's MMA at its relative infancy. Much how Shamrock cleaned up on glorified bar brawlers and then Royce Gracie came in and revolutionized the sport bringing jiu jitsu to the forefront. Ronda's definitely the most dominant women's fighter I've seen, but I think the women's division is still evolving.

As much as Ronda's standup improved, there were woman out there who were just dominant strikers (see Holm and Nunez) that just neutralized Rousey on her feet. I'm surprised Rousey once again decided to try to trade punches with Nunez and not shoot in for the takedown.

I appreciated her dominance (and I think she's pretty hot when she gets dolled up).

I like Ronda and what she has done for the sport. IMO she checked out is ready to move forward.

She had a few movie roles lined up before Holly beat her. Once her image of being unbeatable was gone so was frontrunning Hollywood.

Well, RR just lost two consecutive devastating fights. RR walked through the division because she had major skills compared to other women. Now that UFC has invited more women to participate and has more women as competitors, they'll hone their skills and study ways to beat RR.

I don't think she checked out, she is just one dimensional. Her whole game is based on her Judo throws and arm bars.

Her stand up is terrible, she was a statue out there. No defense or head movement and she ran into a striker who has good power.

Thanks. You said it better than I did.

So glad Ronda is finished... Never liked her.

She was a big fish in a small pond for years. Judo toss, arm bar, rinse repeat.

Well the sport is evolving quick and Ronda can't keep up.

Ronda has always acted like such a D-bag and I'm glad her career ended this way.

Other than her win verse Rousey,Holm never has impressed me.I give her no shot verse Nunes. That Russian Schevcheno may be the most interesting challenge for her.

Holm has beat Nunes in the past and she is so skilled, technical, and physically gifted that I think she is the one that could maybe beat Nunes.

Schevchenko and Nunes have already fought as well and Nunes beat her.

Holm is really good but she fights tooooooo conservative. She doesn't have it in her to just let it go.

Shes a female Machida.

I had no idea Holly has beaten Nunes. When was that? I agree Holy seems skidish most fights for some reason.
