I really hope not. It bothers me that after getting fired Mooch doesn't feel the need to get back into coaching as an assistant. There's always something new to learn, but he seems to think he's good enough to be a talking head for a couple of years and the be a good coach in his next stop. That kind of ego bothers me, and I suspect it makes for a poor coach. On the other hand if he delegates game planning responsibility to his assistants it is less of a concern that he doesn't have a good handle on the NFL as it stands today.Hostile;1942414 said:I think you'll be welcoming Mooch.

He might get another chance....he might become the next Ron Rivera. Time will tell, but the only way to assure that you make it there is to take it when its offered.

The AP is reporting that Mooch is no longer in contention. Down to Fassel, Spags, and Meeks.Hostile;1942414 said:I think you'll be welcoming Mooch.

Do you feel this way because the assistants have already been hired? If so, do you think talking to Spags is just a PR move because of the revolt over Fassel? I really think Fassel might be out of luck.Hostile;1944558 said:Fassell. Might as well get ready.
I'll be shocked it it's anyone else.
Yes, that is a big part of it.Skinsmaniac;1944563 said:Do you feel this way because the assistants have already been hired? If so, do you think talking to Spags is just a PR move because of the revolt over Fassel? I really think Fassel might be out of luck.
