I'd prefer to see an OSU and Michigan rematch..PROVIDED that if there's a 'split', everyone (including OSU fans) admit it's the BCS game that 'counts'.

The stronger the historical rivalry, the more interest from NCCA fans who have no particular dog in the race...OSU vs USC..yawn.

Oh absolutely. I've heard that arguement several times now and thought it was pretty weak. Just because one team beats another in the regular season doesn't mean squat if they wind up losing to them in the playoffs (or in this case the BCS game). Both teams know whats at stake when they face off in the BCS and neither team will have any excuse for losing it, regardless how they performed in the regular season.
