I moved from Lubbock to Houston about...wow...10 years ago or so and I don't miss the winters. Lived in
Chicago during the late 90s and don't think I'll ever go back. Snow is awesome once in a while not for months on end.

I wouldn't live anywhere that didn't get substantial amounts of snow in the winter, and by winter I mean October-May

I'm in DFW and its a wreck. Haven't even ventured out yet and all the schools are closed. Two days ago it got up to 80. Now it's not suppose to get above freezing for 4 days. Gotta love Texas.

Buy a tarp for the practice fields or heat the fields.

Tarps and/or propane heaters cost money. Buy those and you might have to eliminate 1/10,0000 of Gene's art collection.

Well, the fact that they have one makes it better than the Cowboys. They also spent 4.5mill on it.

I'm always astonished at the resources these Texas high schools have. I live in Colorado and I don't think we have a university in the state, much less a high school, that has an indoor practice facility as nice as this. Unbelievable.
