Vick - Search Warrant Issued but not executed

Again, its not inhumane.

Its simple, really. We either tie him so we can be assured he stays on our property....or we let him roam and "hope" he comes back to us. I can tell you that more than one occasion, he has been "caught" in the woods. His collar got tangled up and we had to go into the woods and luckily we found him.

He gets taken for walks (we put him on a leash for that too, is that inhumane?). He's fed daily, watered several times a day, and everything else.

That likely means that the warrant wouldn't allow the sort of search they wanted and they'd need a second warrant to do exactly what they wanted. I would imagine that it is more difficult to justify a new warrant after acting on an old one - especially if you didn't find what you wanted because your original warrant didn't cover that aspect of the search.

for all we know the search warrant could of began as:

"hey pointdexter, you POS, how about that search warrant...HACK!"

Well as long as they get a new one and the one they want and do the search then OK. But these people sure do seem to be dragging their feet on this.
