Jenkins played very well in man coverage last year IMO, it's the zone coverage schemes he hadn't gotten down yet and that were hurting him.

Neither Newman or Jenkins had a good 2008, I'm not an Aikman apologist but I think he's right on this time because it's like the #31 rookie version of Jenkins never existed.

While both players are playing terrific football rightnow Jenkins looks like he's starting to bloom into something special.

anyone take into consideration that we played zone coverage alot last year

and early this year

because according to Wade, they couldnt' play man?

I think it's safe to say that Jenkins did struggle some last year

Every player struggles "some" every year. But to say someone "struggled last year" is to imply that they had a bad year. Very clearly, Mike Jenkins did not have a bad year in 2008.
