I dunno, I am pretty critical of Philly fans, but I think you can read his question one of two ways.

The way she is feeling, that she got searched because of her jersey.

Or...

He asked her that because Philly fans hate the Cowboys so much and he was genuinely curious.

The way she told the story it sounded to me like the person who asked her the question was not the person who pulled her aside. I could be wrong though.

this is amazing, I swear to you guys, this happened to me too..

I was on my way to DFW from BWI (baltimore) wearing my Romo jersey on the day of the playoff game vs Philly..I made it to the metal detector though, and then they put me through the extra search..the TSA guy next to me said, I guarantee they don't put you through that search if you didn't have that jersey on..

I didn't make anything out of it and I agreed and laughed it off and talked some smack back. I was so frickin giddyy to be on my way to a home playoff game that nothing was taking a smile ranging from ear to ear off of my face. I still don't make anything out of it, just think it is soo weird that this happened to me too.

The Dallas Cowboys are hated by many, this is nothing new to me, I EMBRACE the hatred!!!

Back when I was driving a big truck I was forced to wait 10 hours to get loaded at a Hiram Walker facility in Arkansas because I was wearing a Cowboys cap. The guy in charge was a Packers fan.

Well after I finally got loaded the guy said if I wasn't wearing a Dallas Cowboys cap I would have been loaded sooner. I said thanks for the extra money, you just cost your company an extra $240 because I get paid $40/Hr after the 1st four hours of down time. His mouth dropped and I walked away with the last laugh...ackers: :jackpot:

What a joke.

Something about me just screams "random search". Hasn't happened in a few times but for about 4-5 flights in a row I was pulled aside and frisked or whatever you want to call it.

Have no clue what it is but I suspect it might arise from me rubbing my palms together and laughing maniacally while in the security line.

I always do. The only time I fly is when I am going to a Cowboy game and I will have on a Cowboy T-shirt or most likely a Jersey and not once have I been stopped or singled out. I have done at least 13 trips and never once have I run into a problem.

I'll have to say I've traveled a lot in the past and have never actually had a problem with it. But when I traveled a lot I was a kid too, I travel a lot less now at 18.
