Of course. Because we don't chase every tail we can afford to make moves when we need to. That gives you the ability to move cap space back and sign a player. That doesn't mean you ignore it when you sign someone because if you free up cap space to sign player A you may not be able to sign player B. So you need to make smart decisions with your limited resources. One such smart decision would be NOT spending $20M on the RB position this year
