I really don't think that DEs make the probowl at NT. He was outstanding last year and to mess with that would be silly.

He completely fell off the last few weeks. He needs to move to DE and get some one on one's. Let a big 330 pound bubba take up some blocks at NT.

last quarter of the season he's credited with 14 tackles and 1.5 sacks - about a quarter of his stats for the year - if he seemed worn down it was more because Tank was on the field less and less. You get a decent backup for him and he's fine.

...or you get a Vince Wilfork or draft a Terrence Cody and move Ratliff over to DE. He can still rush the passer up the middle when WIlfork is out. Imagine Ratliff and Ware on the same side though..If you double or triple team that side then you leave Spencer one on one. If Spencer does well this year it's something you gotta look into. It benefits the whole team.

I'm not begging for him but I wouldn't mind signing WIlfork at all. If it were up to me I'd rather draft Cody and sign Mcneill. It's a two for one basically. Getting a true legit NT and replacing Spears at the same time. Stop using the Ware signing excuse. We will have more than enough cap room even with Ware signing a huge contract.
