from my perspective Von is a better locker room addition as opposed to clowney. Von was the much more respected
player and with his leadership abilities this has the potential to be more impactful, plus, clowney was chasing a bigger paycheck and is not loyal to us. Von, wanted to be here in the worst way and is ready to go balls out for the team he always loved... This is a much better sighing than Clowney I'm glad Jerry didn't resign him.

I preferred Miller, too. I don't have anything against Clowney, I just see him differently. I see him more in the Gary role. I think what we don't know if we have is pass rushers, and Miller is a proven pass rusher. Clowney might be similar to him productionwise at this point, but I think Miller threatens the edge more, which will help the inside pass rush out.

I think ideally the Cowboys would like for Ezeiraku and Lawrence to be their top pass rushers within the next year or two, wouldn’t you?

Yes, but I'm glad they are making them earn it. In the past, we just handed players roles (looking at you, Mazi Smith) because we didn't have any quality competition for snaps.

We're still doing that at some positions (offensive tackle), but at least on defense, it seems like we're actually trying to establish real competition.

It's very telling you can't do the same analysis for your pet player. He be on the same stuff...lol...boosting stats against the lowly Giants.

Everyone gets fat off bad teams….its only problem when Dak does it even though he didn’t even play the second half.
