Solid A
You solidify the secondary and DL with two of the top tier talents in this draft. Two guys I would have been happy with the first pick and to get them both is down right robbery. I wasn't ecstatic about Green but was a need and does not appear to be a bad pick. I am a tad disappointed about not getting a top RB but the team is undoubtedly better and that is great.

Getting a great edge rusher at pick 60 gives us an "A", IMO. We also got a good player to replace Mo this year, and probably Wilcox next year, and a good tackle to replace Parnell now and Free down the road. Great job by Jerry and company. Oh, and all three players were the best player on our board when they were chosen.

Absolutely right!

Hope he doesn't take the money and burn us though!

Immediately after the Gregory pick I would have said B. The impulsive fan side of me really wanted a RB. Having slept on it I think if this Gregory kid keeps his head on straight. He could end up having three times the impact a Coleman or Johnson could ever have.
Plus. We can find a RB close to the potential of those two in today draft. We aren't finding anyone close to the potential of Gregory in the 4th-7th rounds.

I gave them a C. If they can find a Rb I'll go up to a B. I hope Gregory works out but it still is an IF.Also last year I wanted Johnny Football over Zack Martin so maybe I'm not the right person to ask. lol

Getting Gregory is obviously what earns them an A. At worst, he can be a situational pass rusher. Besides, with the way they've been structuring contracts recently, I don't think anyone's meant to stay long term.

Everyone's simply a gun for hire.

Gave it a B .

Love the Byron Jones pick as it fits value with need and he is a versatile player with what seems like a great head on his shoulders.I give it an A

Randy Gregory has major red flags and he is skinny as a rail but there is no mistake he was the best value by far in a need position and it can be argued that he is the best
pure edge rusher in this draft even over Fowler. The red flags still give me pause or this would be an A+, however if there were no red flags we would never have gotten him even at 27 let alone at 60. I give it an A

Chaz Green. He fills a need at swing tackle and the ability is there. I think it is a slight reach but with Free getting older and coming off injury and with Leery and his knees...it is an ok pick....I am not going to go homerific and give him an A or a B as I feel we could have gotten a starter (RB) here and not someone who is a swing tackle aka backup. I give it a C.

Take two As and a C....So I gave the draft a B thus far and I think that is a very fair grade.

Based on the film none of these guys excite me. If they move Jones to FS he may be an above average to very good player (they won't move him because they are desperate to cover up previous stupid moves). Gregory is a stoner that could be OK at OLB in 3-4 which we don't run. A 235lb DE that lacks the ability to get off on the snap? Wasted pick. 3rd round, don't know anything about him other than most rated the guy a 4th or 5th.

Can't get off the snap? Lol, wut?

Who are these people voting for B? Skins fans?
no... it's the fans that see "track star" in jones. does not always equate to production at CB at the next level. It's fans that see some concerns with dug dependence with Gregory and know mara and Goodell are licking their chops and a swing tackle in the 3. Potential is through the roof...A+ however.....for now it's a b+ range for me.

I don't care if the player looks like Middies' old picture, if he eats opposing players for breakfast, I'm his fan. And this fan is a supporter of this group of coaches and scouts, fully.

I voted B, but this draft can be a major bust two years later if Gregory doesn't work out. It really depends what happens with him.

im going to go with A, and heres why, forget just teh players and not playing a down, forget what they can bring, lets talk about No Jerry Jones drafts. I have been critical of this team, but lets look at the evidence. no more Jerry Jones hysterics. These last two drafts seem to be more Will Clay and a new outlook on drafting for this team. What im proud of , is this team went for some nasty went for some players and stuck to their guns. Its been a beautiful 2 drafts and im sold on this new scouting department and their views.

I have no clue, was an A, then the OT reach. You have to get a contributor there at 3, not a backup.

I do think Marinelli is going to have a lot of fun with Gregory this year however!

I give us a B. I think we got a good group of players, but there are some question marks with each. Is Jones fluid enough? I like the pick a lot, but it is a legit concern. Can Gregory keep himself from off field trouble? This one is a huge concern, especially the consistent use of Hippie Lettuce. If he can keep his head on straight, the guy has some serious talent. Can Green stay healthy? He has great ability, but can't stay on the field. So with all of these questions, I cannot give an A as of now. But time will tell.

Personally, I would have loved to have traded back to the early 2nd and gotten extra picks. Then I would have drafted CB Eric Rowe, OT Ali Marpet, and DE ZaDarius Smith with our 3 picks for sure.
