It also adds fuel to the strange method Jones had however. That means any new coach would have to accept an offensive coordinator (presumeably Garrett), an assistant head coach/offensive line (Sparano) and Bowles in some capacity.

I heard jeremy green on espn radio yesterday with john clayton and he said that when he was in cleveland with bowles all the players loved him, called him smart and said he commanded the players respect and attention because of his success as a player.

We here nothing but good things about bowles. So hopefully he will get a shot to have a say.

They denied us permission to speak to asst. LB coach John Pagano (the person who they have pegged for the coordinator job) and secondary coach Brian Stewart.
