So let me get this right. even if a guy is terrible and cant play anymore. and is one of the main reasons you 67 million dollar QB keeps running for his life. he starts anyway because you paid him a lot of money. even if he is one of the reasons you keep losing? now does that make sense? i dont care how much money you pay a guy. if he is getting you beat. he needs to be out of there.

yeah - a trend that is a joke.

Anyone who knows ANYTHING about Offensive Linemen know that being 30 is nothing important. O linemen play quite well into their mid to late 30's.
In this day of the salary cap you do not keep many players after their first contract. We have signed up virtually the entire O line over the last 2 years so no major change is coming. Now depth is a concern which will almost certainly be addressed at the draft.
Like I said- GO BACK TO SLEEP.

well im not a big fan of adams, but i do know that having a revolving door next to him playing guard affected him.

is flo really a reason dallas lost? how? i know there was few times he was the reason romo was sacked, but a loss because of him? really?

Flo was injured and basically down to one arm for a fair amount of the season and Proctor playing next to him certainly was a factor.

I agree with you. I also agree the OL needs work although I might not use fix. They do have problems run blocking too often for me. And the pickup of blitzes is not good enough. Whether this was from play calling and injuries vs pure play/execution is beyond our understanding. Perhaps all three plus are a problem.

I'll wait and judge but I do believe we need to be drafting along the LOS every draft.

Stop it, just stop it. Proctor was terrible. i will admit that upfront. but i watched Adams get destroyed by the speed rush all year. and Proctor had nothing to do with that. in my opinion,Flozell is finished in the NFL. he is really bad.

They are flatout terrible. they could not run block or pass block this past season. yet Jerry is doing nothing about it. Flozell is washed up. did you see him in the pro Bowl. he is going to get Romo killed.
The way I see it, we don't need offensive line help... the only reason the offense couldn't score in key games was because of Terrell Owens!! He's a cancer!

sorry...couldn't resist throwing this one out there :p lol

seriously though...I think quality depth is what Dallas needs; guys that can play more than one position. Losing Kosier hurt, but losing Holland REALLY hurt.

take off the Flo hate glasses...he is still top notch ...he was injured.....i repeat injured.........terrible, finished,...destroyed?.....come on man .....ill admit he has a jumping issue (cause of bad hearing) but he is still a monster and would be very hard to replace......

the Cowboys should be set for now at O-line..but they should start using good draft picks for the O line future

We all know this is our biggest issue or at least I feel it is, BUT, Adams long term deal, Gurode locked up, Davis locked up, Colombo just locked up. Koiser maybe the only guy we could upgrade without screwing the cap doesn't have that bad of a contract for the production he gives.

Outside of adding depth through the draft this O-Line aint changing.

Kosier is going to have his hands full holding off Montrae Holland in camp.

The same way that Romo made the O-line "appear" better when he first started playing he is now making life harder for them.

He needs to be less predictable back there. Run when its there.

Duke Robinson or Herman Johnson could challenge Kosier for his job. Johnson is good at picking up stunts and twists in pass protection. I know Johnson has his detractors due to his weight sky-rocketing up to 386. Teams have expressed concern. However, you better hope that the Cowboys don't pass on him and the Eagles take him.

Flozell played good when he wasn't hurt. His play dropped some before he was hurt. He dominated in 2007, and didn't play up to that level before he was hurt.

If the Cowboys think Phil Loadholt can play LT with polishing and coaching, they will track him, imo.

Yeah.

Hard to understand why he might have detractors considering he reached the size of a small elephant.

burm is speaking the truth. flo doesn't suck. he was hurt and played anyway. people that think that he should be denigrated becasue he played through three injuries need to think again. proctor OTOH sucked and holland and kosier are still under contract.

I want to see OL to develop behind our 5 starters and not anything in FA.
