Funny...I know you guys have probably experienced the same thing...some tiny detail that no one else would notice is the thing you end up liking most...

I like the way the M in "Team" wraps Roy's helmet.

The font is a simple outline font called "Air Millhouse"...I filled it with a gradient...then added some noise to the gradient...and a sandstone texture...then I selected the outline, which is white, and added a very tight drop shadow, with no blur and 100% opacity to give it depth.
