I think Greg Ellis should be the comeback player of the year.

I second that, but um the media will never allow that with favre.

though technically he doesnt qualify for something like that, i wouldnt put it past them.

When was the last time we ever had a pass rushing tandem this good? Wow, great job.
.

In 2005 and 2006.

Unfortunately we had Zimmer running the show.

Seriously, how many times have we seen Dallas pass rushers get clean shots at the quarterback this season? How many clean shots did we get under Zimmer?

The Panthers were 3-12 on third and fourth down.

Dont confuse them with stats. Its easier to cry when you live in your own world.

I have had a soft spot in my heart for DE/OLBs/pass rushers since the Beautiful Harvey Martin and Charles Hailey played for Dallas. The Ware and Ellis tandem is fantastic so far this year. Elli's comeback from his knee injury has been huge. D-Ware is simply faster than most super humans, just like Hailey and next year the refs better have learned that.

No matter who is the coordinator, tank johnson looked like he was shot out of a gun on that sack. if he starts to beat guys like that we are going to be tough at home in january.

He sure did. That was definitely a "wow" kind of moment. For a second I thought that was a linebacker, as fast as he got in the backfield.

interesting factoid:

Patric Kerney, who I believe is 1 or 2 in the NFL in sacks, had none against the Panthers last week

Ware's contributions CANNOT be measured by sacks alone. Luckily for him, he's gotten a good amount of tangible stats for the casual fan, but his OVERALL play has been 2nd to none this year. 2nd to NONE. Who would you take over Ware? You got anyone in the NFL playing better D than Ware? Julian Peterson maybe. DeMeco Ryans? Perhaps. Else? No one.
