Yeah but it seems he was more effective when he was a rookie, and we used him much more at linebacker, his natural position. I'd like to see him there 75% of the snaps . The element of surprise is huge when the opposing team doesn't know where he will line up next. It's kinda dumb to line him up at end all the time. Teams will then just scheme him, run at him. Or pass away from his side. He gets way too aggressive. He's great in coverage and more effective. Is Micah a GREAT pass rusher?
I would say no. But then there are very few of those.
But to claim a guy averaging 13 sacks a season is not a good pass rusher is beyond dumb
Think all the chewing tobacco went to his brain. But seriously, he might be closer to the truth than we wanna admit.Guess Sapp picked a bad week to stop Meth .![]()
Hehe you are right. He'll be a "great" one that got paid the bag by Jerry!! Good points on everything except his IQ, give him some credit, you have to have one hell of a brain to do that many podcasts and NOT be tired!
Lol lol well he doesn't have that he can't play a full season uhh lolHehe you are right.
But id call it endurance not IQ ;-).
The League is much different today than back in 2007. Sapp is no authority on the game Parsons must play in today’s NFL. He’s simply using Micah Parsons name to try to be significant in a week NFL fans are focused on the Super Bowl. His opinion is meaningless.Warren Sapp knows this game and how it must be played on the highest level. If he made statements about Micah, good or bad, take it to the bank. I've always thought Micah was most effective at linebacker. In his rookie year some of his most game changing plays were in coverage . To me, he's a linebacker first. Most of his snaps should be there. We need to be more selective on when he's coming off the edge. We should also move him around.
So Warren Sapp doesn’t actually watch football. The Parsons comment is too stupid to acknowledge. The statement about when did PSU produce an edge is almost as moronic. Players can come from any team any year, history has nothing to do with an individual player. AND Chop Robinson had a pretty damn good rookie year.
Odafe Oweh who was a Penn State player from Parsons draft class is also pretty good as well (just had a 10 sack season for the Ravens). So Warren Sapp doesn’t actually watch football. It's already been said quite a bit but Micah would be a different kind of monster as a 3-4 LB. That's why I was hoping for Rex to be the DC.Yeah but it seems he was more effective when he was a rookie, and we used him much more at linebacker, his natural position. This made me laughWarren Sapp is fat
I can't disagree with youIt's already been said quite a bit but Micah would be a different kind of monster as a 3-4 LB. That's why I was hoping for Rex to be the DC.
He seems just to be very anti-Cowboys. Those are two absurd takesWarren Sapp also said Tyler Smith who is an all pro/pro bowler shouldn't even be in the NFL. Clown.
