The sad part .....Carter was more productive then Barbie will ever be as a Dallas Cowboy........

No, he was far, far worse. He wasted several years that we could have been used developing a QB that had a chance to actually succeed.

And Barbie isnt doing the same? At least Carter played and sometimes played well.....

When Carter was picked our team sucked......right now this team needed the Barbie pick to be a hit more so then the Carter pick..

So...yes....picking Barbie was a worse pick......missing on a 1st round pick is always worse then missing on a late 2nd round pick......

Or Jay Ratliff, 7th rounder.

Let it go.

Ratliff was a Jerry pick. Parcells didn't like the fact that they took him and thought it was a wasted pick. He didn't want Ratliff to make the team.

Ratliff has said it himself.

The Tuna was no fraud. To see evidence of this, you need only compare the Cowboys prior to his arrival with the Cowboys after his arrival.

In my opinion, any coach would have difficulty excelling in the Cowboys organization.

But its Wade's fault :)

Rome wasn't built in a day either. Parcells created one hell of a turn around in Dallas, rather quickly. Phillips reaped the benefits for a little while any way.
Now this is truly a Phillips coached team.
Parcells didn't do it by himself and had some horrible draft picks as previously stated by a poster earlier in this thread. He also waited way too long to sit "Stone Feet" Bledsoe down and start Romo. He also was very poor in December and that was supposed to be where he made a difference. Heck he didn't even win a division title while he was here. Dude had plenty of time to turn it around and failed A LOT.

Not at QB.

LBers are expected to contribute in their 1st year, or at the least their 2nd in our case when converting a DE to a 3-4 LBer.

Wasting 3 years thinking Quincy is going to be the eventual guy is far worse.
