Was Tyler Smith the right draft pick

Linderbaum is the guy I wanted at that pick, but Tyler has been really good.

Would I trade Tyler for Linderbaum right now? No, probably not.

Ask yourself this-would the Cowboys Dak be in the playoffs a body cast with Josh Ball starting at LT? Probably not yes. No doubt Linderbaum is a quality prospect, but the team had a bigger need at future LT.

Connor Williams is 9th... Doesn't seem like you need a 1st rounder for a good-enough center.

I told everyone that Connor Williams was playing out of position at OG and needed to play C or T. I told everyone Connor McGovern was a great pick and could play OG or C. But, Connor Williams has found a home at C. Connor McGovern has played well at G.

Cowboys drafting is not the problem.

I was torn between Linderbaum and Jermaine Johnson the edge rusher from Florida St.
I am happy with Tyler Smith .

I haven't watched tons of Jets games, but I don't think he's been that good for them so far...if I'm correct.

Jared Verse reminds me of him...and is also getting Top 15, even Top 10 hype, even though he was invisible beforw this year.

Gotta watch those guys that shoot up the draft board.

Look at this way , if he wasnt the pick and we got a guard / center in his position , after the Tyron injury fiasco we would have been looking for some one to play LT full time , Steele couldnt do it , so probably the record 12- x wouldnt have been possible, if Dak had to run for his life. He had filled in admirably for LT .

Tyler led the league in flags- 14 (tied with PHI's Dickerson). He also led the league in holding penalties- 10. Just slightly better than Connor Williams' 2021 season.
