And it wasn't that long ago before Mayfield was a bad QB or Darnold. Some of these guys just need time before they figure out the game on this level. They also need to be put in the right circumstances.
He doesnt have the talent or intelligence to play QB, he can be a good tailback in zone read offense. SF figured that out thats why they traded him to a senile old GM that gave them a 4th rd pick

I won't argue the point because there's no reason to right now.

ONE OF the worst twelve wins season teams I've ever seen they needed everything to beat us in our backups talk about garbage time

seriously I don't know who washington's playing but I don't expect to see them doing much in the playoffs they barely beat us hey we playing with a bunch of backups my man I don't think people realize how many backups they had to face and they almost lost to us twice

They've faced four backup quarterbacks to wind the season down and get into playoff positioning vs the Saints, Falcons, Eagles, and Cowboys. Add on a Hail Mary win vs the Bears. I've never seen this type of luck before. That is definitely the most fortunate 12 win season I've ever seen.

any other QB and we win this easily.Lance is done.

I'll say this. Both Dak and Rush would have gotten sacked on many of those plays Lance escaped. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Lance as a backup in Washington next season. He'll fit in pretty decent in Kingsbury's scheme as a backup.

either way.. Washington should be embarrassed it took the last play of a second game against our backups to win a game they nearly went into overtime and split games with us but they played our backups twice no one could there's nothing to be bragging there is no bragging rights I don't even get Philly but at least Philly throttled us both games they have something to brag about if they wanna brag about beating backups but here in this league to me you gotta beat the starters in order to be bragging..
Washington was 4-13 last season, second worst team in the league. They won 12 games this season almost entirely on free agents they picked up in the offseason and their rookie class. Almost ALL of the players drafted during the Ron Rivera area are gone including all 1st round draft picks from the past 4 years.

Youre looking at this like this is an established team for years when reality it’s an overachieving team that was hungry and seems to be developing a culture of winning. All under Dan Quin.

Nah you see what you see I see what I see it's subjective I'm telling you they're overrated and this whole thread that I saw about their drafting and their offseason I think it's hilarious calling him a future powerhouse that they're about ready to make a run blah blah blah we heard that all before we need to see it for longer than just a regular season isn't that the standard around here that regular seasons don't count winning against bad teams don't count hell they could even beat us they got lucky yesterday to even beat us the second time and we had all our backups in pretty much...

And I think the ironic thing is most of us see it if this happened here oh wait a minute it does people who are morons think that Cooper Russ is better than Prescott well here's a update maybe Kenny Pickens is better than jalen hurts and maybe Jayden Daniels is overrated and this is a super team that's about to all be in and Marcus Marietta look better Marcus Marietta came in and won the game he looked better than Jayden Daniels...

So maybe this rookie season by Jayden Daniels is just a mirage he isn't that good there's been plenty of those that have one good rookie season and then start to tail off hell CJ Stroud don't even look as good as he did year one and year 2.... But please don't give me this nonsense we can play the game on both sides the Dallas Cowboys got through on a 36 win 3 year stretch with two division titles been to the playoffs 5 out of the last eight years and all year round here is the playoffs the only thing that mattered so I think it's a little too early to be calling this like a rebuild for them that somehow going in the right direction is successful no what I seen is an accidental lucky season that unless it's backed up by a playoff run and more good seasons after it's an anomaly and I really don't care I'm not giving Washington or the eagles any flowers because that would be anti cowboy that's not how I was born I was born to be a cowboy fan and I will not see it that way unless you show me proof it isn't happening there is no proof there's nothing that they've done that's special the Cowboys have done it that way and done it better and I don't like Jerry Jones but he's right when he was asked yesterday why he believes his team even though they need a long playoff run and haven't won in a very long time are considered relative it's because we are top 6IN regular season wins the last decade but apparently that doesn't count right this doesn't count Washington has been longer and you're telling me we shouldn't use past events to judge their current team well that's a lot of hypocrisy that's all you people do in yours complain about the last 28 years when some of these players aren't even born the last time we won an NFC championship game but they're being blamed for all those events in the past...

Nah which is it nobody really knows but I'm tired of hearing about how regular seasons don't matter and how people padding stats and just using stats to get paid because they aren't doing anything else besides running up stats but now it's different for Washington I'll get over it the fact that the eagles only have one championship in their little display case is sad comparing it to Jerry's three in the Cowboys 5 we're waiting on number six that has weight if you wanna use championships and playoffs then Washington hasn't done anything and the eagles got really lucky that they faced the giants and they faced a very injured San Francisco team to get to their last Super Bowl only to lose it and again tired of hearing it if the regular seasons don't matter then Washington hasn't done squat and i spit on them...

4th place schedule and Daniels clutch in the 4th

A lot of close wins against bad teams
I know the NFL is about matchups but I felt had we been full strength for both games we wipe them out of the park like past seasons.

It's a philosophical disagreement. I don't believe in losing games on purpose, under any circumstances. Or permitting players to think such is acceptable. Once they're used to it, it becomes part of a negative team culture.
I get that but players understand the business too. It gives them a better chance to be successful in the long term if the team brings in better talent to help them.

I’d take their #1 DT this year. He’s no reach like Mazi. He is the best most have seen in some time.
Well this might be true but both of them on Michigan look like three texts they don't look like monster nose tackles one tech that's why people keep getting it mixed up here yes both those guys look like they can do pass rush they look pretty good against the run but they're both not considered straight up nose tackles like mazi, mazi is being asked to do something that's very difficult to do in the NFL and they don't come around that often to find a guy available that's a true pure nose tackle...

Yes while I agree that it would be a good choice especially, we don't know what we're gonna do with OSA that doesn't resolve our nose tackle issue....
