All it took was new ownership, new leadership in FO, coaching and of course insert of talent and top drafted QB.

Lions turned it around as well but it took a couple more years.

Washington’s turn around in one season is the new standard but exemplifies it can be done . But major changes are needed from the top down.

Cowboys could absolutely turn it around. New owner committed to winning and spend money in FA would have a major impact. Hire a good HC and staff would help. Getting injured players back will help. With a couple of breaks (especially Cincy) the Cowboys could have had a better season. Main thing is getting the owner to spend and the right HC in place.

Nice try.....The main thing is getting rid of that coach killer @ QB. We ain't going anywhere with a crippled QB.

I think Prescott , history repeats itself. He’s one hit away from never playing again. Hit him in the hip in the right place goodbye Prescott. He goes out like Romo

The right franchise, you can turn things around in a season. That’s why they have free agency. You just have to know how to use it, we don’t.

Imagine Jerry Jones signing all the free agents the Commanders signed in the off season. You can't imagine it because it would never happen. And that is the reason why the Cowboys will never turn this thing around.

Stop kidding yourself! Until Dak is gone the Cowboys aren't going anywhere. Daniels was 90 percent of the reason that franchise has turned around.

Field level applications...not actual potential from support.

We’re DOA as long as Dak is under center
It's not just Dak. It's the whole culture around this team. When an owner is friends with the players and entitles them, that's a problem. When the owner is holding press conferences telling the media who's playing and who's not, that's a major problem. When the owner won't let his HC pick his own staff, that's a major problem.

This is not a football team, it's a reality show for Jerry's ego. AT&T Stadium is not a football arena, it's a casino. I feel sorry for the young fans that didn't witness the Landry/Staubach or Johnson/Aikman teams. Had Jerry been able to keep his ego in check, this team would have at least 2 more SB trophies. Jerry & Son have ruined this once proud organization and l don't see that changing any time soon.

How quickly? They've been one of the worst teams in the league for many years now.

They needed the perfect storm of a very high QB pick that actually worked out plus new ownership. The odds of hitting on that are super long.

....explains why it will be so hard to for the base to understand.......Goff, Herbert and Love wouldn't be the answer in these playoffs. They're gone after lousy performances. Now what, if it's just Dak?

Can’t do anything until you’re willing to try and that’s the problem
