I now see what people are saying about All or Nothing. I have to say I've been an anti-Garret person. But watching this I'm changing my opinion. I think from an X's and O's perspective the coaches need to design better plays. But from a perspective I can see why the Cowboys are keeping him.

I also see why they cut Dez. He creates a negative situation with his WR coach. Garret seems to focus 100% on there output. The positional coaches are the ones that really get in the players head. other points.....

1. It's frustrating to watch Sean Lee not be able to get on the field
2. Zeke was crazy affected by the NFL suspension. Hopefully that changes this year. It's a bit troubling that he gave up when times got hard
3. Dak comes across as a real leader
4. We were lucky to have Witten on our team. Thank you for one hell of a career!!!!!!
5. Demarcus Lawrence is a beast as is Irving

This series cleared up a lot of questions . Garrett is a great orator but isn't involved enough to see the position coaches flat out failing . Dooley come on what a joke . Just look at the body language in his meetings they learn nothing from him . Dez has no respect for him and as a result will learn nothing .

The DB coach has to be schooled by Sean Lee its just sad . Cant believe Jerry wont spend the money and recourses to find and acquire the best coaches on the planet .

We have young raw talent that is being left to rot on the vine . Not enough guys like Witten and Lee to fix this mess . Oline looks organized and like they take there jobs seriously the rest is freakin Romper Room . Dez dosent even wear shoes . what a hoot . Alfred Morris and DMac team oriented high character guys . Zeke what a mess

This series confirmed my worst fears about this team and is why we fail in the post season and will continue to fail

Agree. I liked Garrett’s message and after 1 epsode thought I had been harsh on him. His message quickly wore thin as the episodes progressed and then it became tiring. Even the coaching staff became tired of the Garrett message. I can’t imagine dealing with different ways of saying to give effort and have the right attitude for 7.5 years. It is a great message when creating a culture and needs to be said as reminders afterwards, but that is all the guy talk about.

I cant believe in this day and age Jerry dosent have hidden cameras in all those meeting rooms so he can at least see whats going on . My god if this is what they let be seen on TV imagine how much screwing off they really do .

Geez all this touchy feely handle the players with kid gloves bull spit makes you want to puke . Key is respect none of these coaches commands it they just timidly beg for it .

Landrys words just kept looming in the background you encourage what you tolerate . How could you watch that and believe anything different than the inmates are running the asylum

Landry flew missions in the war he was respected when he spoke because he did great things before becoming a football coach . Garrett says all the right things but there is no substance behind it , no penalty for failure just words

I'm surprised anyone would have to watch AON to realize Garrett must be a hell of a talker to keep his job despite having virtually no schematic responsibilities and no real success.

I hear ya he has Jerry baffled with his tirades of BS . Don't talk about accountability make them accountable . Don't play catch with Dak total waste of time . Use that time to have Dak play catch with Dez against a DB and teach them how to high point the ball so in a freaking game they have the confidence to do it because its muscle memory .

My lord use your time to work on what is giving you trouble in games . Dak and Dez needed to develop the street ball timing he had with Romo not practice trick shots with Garrett

All of nothing is a nice title change. That was a nothing season.
With a little better coaching it could have been a playoff season . The WR and RB meetings reminded me of high school detention body language was exact

Jerry supposed to be involved from socks to jocks should have had an eye in those meetings before it snowballed into this mess

I was waiting for the special teams coach to break out the guitar and sing Kum by Yah *** is this what my Cowboys have evolved into . Glad Landry dosent have to watch this

^^^ This for sure.
This is what got me off of Garrett. I was never really a supporter, but was willing to give him a chance, 4 years ago. and seemed to turn the corner. Even though better coaching would have got us in the playoffs each of those 8-8 seasons. I bought into a few of the excuses and how the D would give up leads all the time.

Then the 12-4 season, then in injury riddled Romo season. Then even the Dak / Zeke rookie season, but started going down after that, with the decision not to bring Romo back, the decisions in the GB playoff loss. But even going into last season I bought into it. Then halfway through, even without Zeke and all the distraction. There were quite a few winnable games, but this coaching staff and Garrett, lost me for good.

I like some of the coaching changes this off season, but the top 3 are still there. I am not buying into the hype this season.
I will cringe every game if we are not up by 21 points with 2 minutes remaining, and then I will still be a bit nervous.

He's better at cliches than I thought he was.

To everyone who keeps saying they think better of Garrett after watching this TV show (emphasis on "show") - what makes you think Garrett wasn't acting, or embellishing for the cameras and microphones? That would certainly explain why there were so many eye rolls.

It was pretty clear that Gary Brown was a target for ridicule from the RBs. It was cringe inducing.

I have never been a fan of complaining about adjustments. That said, it was repeatedly complained about prior to this show. I found it amusing Garrett was caught saying “just keep doing what you are doing, they are getting tired” at halftime. Hmmm... seems the show validated that complaint.

I thought Gary Brown showed himself well I. The show. Seemed like a mentor to the players which is honestly what they need. I mean, after a while their must not be anything else the RB coach can teach them. Plus he coaches like 4 players.

I'm just worried about what motivates these players. These guys were not ready in week 2. At that time we didn't know how bad the Giant were, so we felt good after week 1. It reared its ugly head again in weeks 10, 11, and 12. They didn't just get beat, they weren't playing at the same level of intensity as their opponents. The team I saw fight back all game to beat Philly in 2016 was not the same team that was on the field playing the Chargers on Thanksgiving day. They weren't trying, and that's a problem. Had the Cowboys not had a crap schedule after that three day stretch, they would have lost out. We won four out of the last 5 games and we were only playing better than the Commanders and the Giants.

Garret came off as a motivational speaker to me. He would get old fast and the players seemed to tune him out. I actually came away impressed by special teams coach Rich Bisaccia. He really seemed engaging and had the guys attention. Rod Marinelli seems not to do much and should give half his salary to Sean Lee. Derrick Dooley seemed more like Dez' babysitter than coach. He has no backbone. Jordan Lewis really impressed in his scene with Dez in practice. Dak is a a really good dude and seems like a natural leader of men, I'm really pulling for him. Witten knew he was retiring after the Seattle game when the playoff chances were gone. I'm certain the team knew and weren't caught off guard by his decision. I may get flamed but I thought the Jones family came out of this looking really good and caring.

Yeah I had no problem with Brown. Especially when you see Dooley.

Jerry Jones coddles his players too much. I defend him at times but it was ridiculous after the Broncos loss that he wanted to be the first to speak to the team so he can coddle them.

The documentary was entertaining.

I was going to make a post about this but I found it funny that two of the biggest storylines in the show were still ongoing when the documentary came out.

Witten left at an awkward time...right around when the show was released and the last episode was basically a goodbye episode for Witten..coincidence?

Dez was cut at an odd time of the offseason. The storyline of his attitude and his lack of production was an integral part of the show.

These two storylines surely increased viewers a bit since they were right around the same time the show was released.

Coincidence? I’m not a conspiracy theorist but I did find it strange.

I tried watching it but do not care about anyone but the players and when they opened one with Bogger's daughter, I'd had enough.

The only three things I took away from this was Garrett loves the F word and thinks that makes him a coach, he constantly repeats himself like a parrot and the players do not seem to pay a lot of attention to him and I can see why if the guy keeps repeating himself, why listen the first time?

I don't enjoy watching these types of docs when everyone knows the cameras are rolling but did notice the player reactions to Booger, the check signer, was a lot more attentive than to the coaches. And most of those guys are gone as well as some players so I didn't get the purpose of this and found it boring.

Did you get the feeling Garrett was playing a coach in this and that might have been the purpose of them allowing this to be filmed? As far as players playing for him, all players play because they know they're on camera and every coach, player and GM in the league can see them. Elliott forgot that when he quit on that pick and every player that watches ESPN and NFLN, which is probably every player, saw him raked over the coals on that.
