3, 2, 1...........

Good run-blocking, or lack thereof, makes the best look average and the middle of the roaders look really good and verse vicer.

My english ain't too well.

I def. agree...he is not worth trading up for when we need upgrades at key positions (CB, WR, backup RB, OG, ILB)

Don't get me wrong. I have been all bout Mcfadden, but just something about his vision today is really irking me. I am having vsions of Julius watching him today

I hope thats what NFL GM's think when the draft comes around.

Im seriously hoping he has a Troy Smith like performance so Jerry can smarten up and realize he's got bigger issues than the running game.

Missouri has a VERY fast D; that is something that really counts against players like Mcfadden and Jones. Their speed edge is gone- unlike that edge against Lesser D's.

Watch more football.

Also McFadden knows he has a very big pay day coming up, so I doubt he's going to be running that hard with the possibility of getting injured.

You SEC homers need to get some perspective. Good teams and players are all over the country. Missouri has a lighter D but is very quick. That is showing today as they are pretty much containing Jones and McFadden.

I don't even like college football or support any particular conference and I can safely say that the SEC is the best conference in college football this year, and that # 5 kid has made some great defenses look very average in his career.

Julius jones would run just fine behind my Commanders oline, his only problem is he lacks confidence and he feels the team and coaches doesnt believe in him anymore..but this kid had terrible blocking from the oline during the parcells days, and the only reason why marion barber had success cause he is a power runner, which allowed him despite poor blocking to run over folks..jones needs a change, and i expect him to do well..

You big 12 homers need to get a grasp on reality.

No Conference has won more Bowl games this decade.

No Conference has put out more NFL talent in the last decade.

Dang you've been paying attention to some Dallas Cowboys football.

I agree.

Same thing with Roy Williams. Julius and Roy are lacking confidence.

Roy can still get by better on pure talent than Julius can. But when Julius had his confidence back in the day he could just gash the heck out of defenses.

He will be a good back for someone next year. But if he stays in Big D im affraid it will be more of the same.

If you don't want us to draft McFadden fine, but don't over analyze him just to knock him. The guy is gonna be a stud in the NFL. Wanted it to be for us, but we won't be in position and the only reason I wouldn't trade up is because I don't think any college player is worth 3 #1s

BP, the confidence killer. I agree with you though that both guys rely heavily on confidence and 'mojo' when they play.

I also blame Roy's eating habits, and Julius' biceps for their careers falling apart.

I could care less about the BIG 12, PAC 10, BIG 10. BUT you SEC homers think the sun shines out of the SEC's BUTT. WELL IT DOESN'T.

He definitely shouldn't be taken before about pick, oh, say, 21 or 22. ;)
