The real questions are how much did he cost and how well can he play at this point in his career. But I think it's a somewhat safe assumption to say he is an upgrade from Bernadeau or Free at RG.

Could potentially be a huge upgrade for our offense to get both him and get Leary back.

Weems - Arkin - Costa - Bernadeau - Parnell assuming one doesn't get cut... doesn't spell terrible depth on the line either.
