Any coach would have turned that roster over, so Parcells shouldn't get the credit for doing that. Look at the roster his second year, and see how much it has improved. Then check the third year. But don't be blinded by "potential" Simply analyze the roster based upon results.

The best thing about the roster analysis is looking at what Bill does do.

He doesn't keep crap players around because they cost high picks. We traded a 3rd for Henson -- if Jerry was still running the show, Henson would likely have played this year and last and Romo would be either buried on the bench or elsewhere. Ditto, Rogers and Peterman -- both would have gotten the Goodrich treatment and stayed on the roster year after year just taking up space.

Oh, that's easy--

1) I expect another offseason of sound personnel moves, which will address some of the more glaring holes on the roster (and there aren't that many)...

2) Romo should start the entire season (barring injury), and will almost certainly benefit from his playing time this year...
