We are so RIDICULOUSLY awesome

Basically, you are right.

We did a lot of things to try and lose. Then, we won. Against.... a damn good team.

Epic win.

Funny how they were a "paper tiger" for beating up on the hapless Rams. They trade blows with us for 60 minutes and suddenly they're "good." A coincidence, I'm sure.

Yep, kinda like the comeback wins over Buffalo and Detroit last year, which, as we all remember, culminated in multiple playoff victories and a championship. Nice to see nothing has changed this year. Like you said, ridiculous.

You know i think you are right ! :starspin

Thats the way its runs around here.

And its the same posters who are quick to call people logically impaired.

Good point. It's simple, really. My guess is you'd need about a 3rd grade education to follow the logic employed here.

Ridiculous.

Lee.

Awesome.

I suspect that some in this thread didn't graduate from 3rd grade.

'Splains a lot, really.

This just in. We won last night! w00t!

Eagles proved their worth on the field. Cowboys proved they were worth more.

A lot more.

Awesome.

I can't even comprehend how awesome we are. Can you imagine if we could get out of our own way?

Amazing.

What a great team, what a great day.

Not from me.

I called them a lot of things, at the bar last night.

But I told my friends before the game started that I was nervous...bec. Philly was/is a good team.

Can you imagine if we could clone our team... and then have them play each other?

A black hole would be created, for sure.

We'll see what happens when the Eagles beat up on the class of the AFC Pittsburgh Steelers next week.

This thread seems the perfect place to ask a question that's been bothering me for a while. Can an All Knowing, All Powerful God create a team so good that His Cowboys can't even beat it? The paradox of that kind of blows my mind, but I'm hoping maybe the Real1st can explain it to me in terms I can understand.

And if He (God, not the Real1st) could, would bbgun still complain about the win because of something that happened last year? I think he probably would, but it's open for theological debate.

Keep my username out of your post if you don't want me to say anything.

And you should not bring god into your stupid sarcasm.

This is what the zone is all about.

Deep thinking.

God....we are so amazing.

In 1992 we squeaked out wins against the Giants, Cardinals, and Broncos. We lost close ones to the Rams and Commanders.

In 1993 we squeaked out wins against the Cardinals twice, and needed overtime to beat the Giants when Emmitt had a bum shoulder. We lost squeakers to the Bills and the Dolphins when Leon Lett muffed the ball on a blocked kick.

In 1995 we squeaked out wins against the Vikings and Giants. We lost squeakers to the Commanders twice and the Eagles.

Don't tell me that this win and the Bills win last year prove anything. Sell stupid somewhere else. There are grownups in here.

Anywho, I was listening to Collin Cowherd rip us a new one today but he stated that a case could be made that the Cowboys, Giants and Eagles are the 3 best teams in football.

I am looking forward to see what the NFC West's record will be vs the NFC East.

I wonder what you'll say after a loss.

Go wonder that somewhere else. We'll cross that bridge when we get there.

For now, bask in the awesomenicity, or take your debbie downer attitude somewhere where it will be appreciated.

Cowboys tried to give the game away, refs tried to hand it to Philly, and the Boys still dug it out. Massive impressivenicity.

We are so RIDICULOUSLY awesome.

We need to fix the offense, though.

If we keep committing stupid penalties that wipe out big plays, keep turning the ball over twice deep in our own end of the field -- including once in the end zone for a touchdown -- keep settling for field goals when we need a touchdown to take lead in the fourth quarter, keep failing to pick up a single first down when we NEED to run out the clock and keep calling the same stupid and/or predictable plays, we WILL NOT win the Super Bowl!

Mark my words.
