We better be a top 5 offense this year

With the money that we are tying up in the top 3 offensive positions (Dak, Zeke, and Cooper) we can't go out and be a so so offense, or our talent people, (Jerry, Stephen, Will McClay, and Jason) have to be held accountable. We are investing a huge part of our salary cap in these 3 players.

Where do you think the team will finish on offense? Will they live up to their contracts? I know a good portion of that will be on Moore will he get the most out of them?

I know there is no 100% answer but I'm curious as to people's gut feel. We can look back at the end of the year and see if we were right.

I think the offense will excel against the Giants and other lowly teams but struggle early against good defenses. But I think midyear that they will figure it out and finish barely in the top 10 (7-10) by the end of the year. Thoughts?

If our OL protects Dak, no defense will slow down our weapons. I don't see a struggle. Too much overall speed with the wr's & rb's for defenses to cover.

They better be the best offense this year and win the Super Bowl. No excuses for these clowns.

The challenge is always injuries when it comes to Super Bowl. I don't think you can judge a good team by if they make it to the Super Bowl because there is a lot of luck involved but if they are healthy they better be in it.

top 5 isn't good enough
YES add that to a top 5 defense and hope JG doesnt mess it up, thats Superbowl Caliber.. I dont think NE had the top Offense in many years , you dont have to be top 5 to be good..its what we also are paying the defense..alotof top offenses didnt make the playoffs last year..NO BETTER..

lets hope KM is better than Scot Linehan and Jason Garett plays for acontract like player does when hes desperate.. this team is poised but coaching has really held us back..

If this team loses its identity and becomes a passing team, I don’t think they will be up there this team must run

Dak isn't getting a lot of money yet, but I agree with we should be a top offense with the money invested in the RB, OB, and WR positions. When Dak starts making a ton of money, I'll throw him into the mix. Until then, those highly paid players need to step up and take advantage of Dak's $2.1 million contract. They got their pie, now it's time to eat it up with no excuses.

1 or bust

Can't see it if they are heavily invested in a run first game, at least yardage wise or points.
Still can post a 10+ wins campaign but I don't think they can match KC, ATL, or LAR in overall yardage or PPG.

Haha. No this team is built to be balanced.

Franchise QB..... Check
5 deep at receiver.... Check
3 deep at TE that can catch..... Check
2 big play RBs........ Check

Good thing, overall yardage or PPG doesn't determine the winner. It's the score that matters. The Cowboys D this season can handle all those teams you listed.

Yea, I know. Simply discussing the offensive rankings.
