We get a new coach, are we changing the offense?

The old outdated plays, concepts, designs that have been questioned for years now. Would a new coach be allowed to change the offense knowing Dak is the main reason why we haven't. It appears that we're doing what's best and most comfortable for him to thrive.

Would Dak be willing to learn a new offense, or is he going to say we have to keep some of the plays at least. This possible new coach better not come here being all nice saying the usual stuff "we love Dak we think he's been great for years, we don't want to change anything that's made him successful! Please give your thoughts on this

Whoever the next HC will be, you can be darn sure Jerry will tell him to make it "Dak friendly" as he just invested a lot of money in him!!!
Post of the morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it really that bad for him to try something new, I mean at least give it a chance, he's got to be tired of throwing curls, and lining up in the shotgun so much. Never mind, this is what he likes!!! Uhhhhhh

Are the cost of sounding like a broken record, this is exactly why I was hoping that Jerry would have let Dak play out the year without a new contract.

The new HC could have had input on whether he wanted Dak or move in a different direction.

After this season, it will be a 60 Million dollar QB with a 2-5 playoff record in 9 seasons and currently on pace to throw 20 ints this season.

I would hope so but being this offense has looked this for 30 years? Probably not.

The new coach will play the offense Jerry tells him is ok to play.
Isn't that something though??? You're a grown man, you're a coach that wants to bring their own guys in, you bring a guy in to run an offense that HE spent time to create/change etc, only to be told, you have to do things a certain way here! Not cool at all

I would certainly hope so. The Ravens tailor their offense to Lamar, the Lions to Goff, the Bills to Allen, etc. It’s obvious you should tailor the offense to what your players are best at.
