Scrapping not changing. The run game is garbage the passing game is not much better.

We need to........on offense alone......film easily shows the passing game is jacked up. Poor route concepts, easy pre-snap tendencies, one "go-to" WR, poor pass protection, no play-action threat,.....and yes......Our QB is pressing and having to make bad decisions too. Our QB is the easy blame and certainly rightful most of the time, but we don't have or show anything that confuses a defense at all.

Just look at enough post-game breakdowns.....we have far more issues than just the QB on offense. It's comical that an NFL team (outside of Carolina/NYG) is this bad.

We have what you call "a just do it!" We just do it because we're a football team, and it looks right to do. We don't do anything well, we don't make teams THINK, we think our game plan is the best, we don't adjust or anything

One big problem is we have is penalties that put us in long yardage situations. That can take you away from the running game. However, the blocking upfront is terrible. We’re not getting it done upfront.
