Cowboys' aspiration doesn't matter if the Eagles don't drop two - with one defeat by the Cowboys - who also have to win out.

I agree but since Dallas can only control what they do, they can go out and keep pressure on Philly and force Philly to play out the entire season. We see every week a team who was supposed to win end up losing.

If they lose to the Eagles, what are the odds they last long enough in the playoffs for a game 3 against PHL? That is a playoff game to the Cowboys.

And to PHL, homefield and the road to the SB goes through PHL with their greased light poles.

Like it or not, PHL is the best balanced, from O to D and pass to run, team in the NFL.

My God you are insufferable. This team could be undefeated and you would be saying anything negative you could. Its amazing.

Yeah, Joe Realist is one of the most negative and constantly pessimistic Cowboys fans on this forum. Gets tiresome after a while.

And then you woke up. lol. I hope the Boyz do beat them but I would not put any money on that at all. I think the eagles might kick their butt up and down the field.

The Eagles deserve respect. But they have not played many good teams. They beat Dallas by a TD in Philly, and Rush was at QB.

Dallas needs to get after them and if they play like they did vs Minny, they can beat Philly. If they come out flat and slow, yes, they can lose— but if there is one thing Dak has consistently done, it’s beat down the NFCE.

Time to make a statement. If the Commanders can beat Philly, then we certainly can lol… especially after lil Siriani dropped an F Bomb on us following their “big win” vs our backup QB

A reckoning is coming:

Think NY Giants from 07. Eagles are primed for a playoff defeat

I hope you're right. And I hope it's as humiliating as possible. Eagles fans are talking trash all over social media. It's a good thing it's an electronic medium so that they can't throw batteries and snow balls.

What Jimmy used to say and what I always say like a parrot, it’s not how many great plays you make; it’s how few bad ones you make. ..

I see us losing the next 4 games and finishing 10 - 7.

Jags=Tough away game and their QB is not Dak.
Eagles= No need to explain this one.
Titans=Playoff our on the line for them.
D.C.=On a rebound and wildcard hopes are alive.

With the way our offense is giving up the ball and our defense can only do so much out there will be a meltdown here when the above is proven correct.

It doesn’t matter if we win the division— we have to beat Philly on 12/24. The W gives us a huge and vital momentum and confidence boost, and plants the seeds of fear, doubt, and uncertainty in the Eagles.

Sets up a massive showdown in Jan— but if we get swept in the regular season— I think out mental game will be off and while it is difficult to beat a team 3 times in a season, and we would be desperate— I think a beatdown on 12/24 is the message we need to send, the statement we need to make, and the lunch money we need to take if we are going to even entertain making a playoff run
Totally agree

?? Greased light poles? What does that mean?
On their only SB run, after winning their first playoff game, it was a thing for the fans to shinny up the downtown light poles. What they did up there is anybody's guess, they're Eagles fans, but after doing that a 2nd time after making the SB, the cops and authorities had enough so they ordered the light poles greased before the SB. I had never even heard of anything like that and it appealed to my sense of humor so I made it a point to remember that and not think so poorly of the Eagles fans in the future.

I also got a kick out of some people actually having to grease light poles in downtown Philly to keep people overcome with joy from climbing them.

And 5, you should not Like a post when you have questions about the content, especially from someone like me.

We know that you would rather see the Cowboys finish the season 10-7 rather than 14-3. Just wondering if you'll stick around if you are wrong on any of these predictions and will disappear like you usually do after the Cowboys wins a game or Dak plays well.

I remember reading an article early 80’s. It was about biorhythms.
It said that Staubach’s during one of the Steelers losses in the SB was on a down cycle, but the win over Denver it was on a high cycle.
I believe it

True but what they can do is take care of business and put Philly in a situation where they must win out. Few weeks back Miami looked like one of the top teams in the NFL now they coming off back to back loses. Things change quickly in the NFL
Always stating the obvious aren't you as if anyone is advising the Cowboys to lose?
