I would love for us to draft 2 corners in the first 3 rounds. Something like Cason or Jenkins in the 1st and Cromartie, Porter or Trae Williams in the 2nd or 3rd.

But we've got a good front seven, so it's really just speaks to Roy's ability, rather than a lack of ability from our front 7.
What really stands out is that Roy Williams is really not a FS but a LB - but the problem is he is too small to play LB on a consistent basis. So hat's in football terms, he is best in a situational role, but in management terms, he simple is not playing up to his contract.

He was never a FS. He plays SS in rushing situations and LB in passing situations. He's on the field for 95+% of the defensive snaps. I'm not sure how that means he's not playing up to his contract.
