No. This is the first time the Cowboys signed him. In 2017 he was undrafted and signed by the falcons. The falcons cut him and the browns signed him and after 2 weeks the browns cut him and the falcons resigned him to their practice squad until getting released in 2018 and the eagles signed him to their practice squad. Now the Cowboys have signed him and my guess for either a camp body and/or for special teams.
