Yeah, it's going down.

Regaredless of how you measure talent and evaluate our WR group as a whole, this team can't take the next step without a proven player that can make a play and really add that 'Welker' dynamic. Not saying I want to be the Patriots, we are an entirely different animal. But its apparent that this talented ball club is being held back by an inexperienced WR core that can't take advantage of extremely favorable matchups.

I'm just saying that I'd rather have Alvin Harper than either Crayton, Austin, Hurd, Stanback, Amendola, and whatever other guy can try to get some seperation from one on one coverage.

Yeah me too but these are the cards were dealt....lets not become the Bills of the 90s...................

Lets get us a D

Problem is, what else can we add? Another pro bowler at CB, another #1 pick along the DL or at LB?

There is more then enough talent on this team to get it done thus I only see one other source of the problem.

I know its been mentioned here before, but I think Torry Holt would make a great number 2 for us. Sure, hes not as long term as a guy like Roy Williams, but I think Torry fits the team better and the price for him won't be near as steep. He'd be like another Terry Glenn (Minus the bad knee).

Holt has a bad knee, too. Maybe not as bad as Glenn's but it has robbed him of his quickness and explosiveness.
