The offense is SMALL- Deuce - Pollard - Turpin - tiny .
Cooks is hard to see - really really short out there .
Ferguson has trouble getting separation- Hendershot is a backup .
Rico is smallish too ,

Schultz was a big target with great hands and really knew how to find a pocket and got open on 3rd downs.

Dak throws a high over the middle ball which has hurt him over the years.

Before the deadline we need a big TE or Possession WR over the middle.

I like all of the aforementioned plus CeeDee but I know what I saw .

Listening to mad dog on xm right now he said the same and so did a few callers.

Dak needs a guy he can safety valve too over the middle ala Dalton.

I’d wait. We came out flat on offense last year too. And plus the weather last night was a factor.

They just didn’t need to do anything other than avoid mistakes. The offense still put up what, 23? And again. They were playing ultra conservative in a wet game. Couple of passes dropped at TE, which I think is our weakest link, at least in this game.

Overall, the team gets an A+. First shutout in almost 6 years, biggest shutout in team history, plus other stuff that just added up to easy watching.

Lighten up, Francis. It's game one and the team dominated in wet weather. Pump the breaks on what it needs. Let them gel a bit and see what happens.

I'll wait up until after the SanFran game to see what we are lacking, may be a TE but also may be a bigger more powerful back to get the though yards.
Who knows right now? Also don't forget this offense will not produce the big numbers that Kellen had us used to. And we still have to see what Schoonmaker, Tolbert, a healthier Gallup, Ronald Jones, maybe even Leupke can contribute to this Offense. Lets be patient.
