What I saw in that video was a confident QB who a) had time and b) stepped into his throws.

Of course, having Dez and Witten to throw to helped a lot. Even if they weren't in their prime, at least they'd have a shot to make a play

Plus Elliott should be Bell-esque in the passing game. He could very well catch 80 passes. I want real coaches who see the value here! These guys are absolute morons. And it's the same thing and same excuse year in and year out. Week 3 and so far 17 carries is the highest number??? Something really wrong here.. but we already knew that.

it's still a circus and just more of a distraction. Bring in a HC and he brings in who he wants. So basically the team goes back to hiring assistant then the HC?

Definitely need that guy back. I wanted to be all in on him and I am still holding a tiny bit of hope that he will come back.

Just saying I don’t think JJ will fire JG this year. Will fire Linehan after this season.

Now if this season turns ugly then maybe. He may fire Linehan during the season and JG after the season.

I have a feeling we may pull out of this early tail spin. End season with enough wins for JG to keep his job. Maybe get a new OC. But are they going to get to install a new playbook or have to call the same 8 plays from JG playbook?

This only works if they clean out all coaches for Offense.

I think the team needs all those things more than Romo at QB coach. And getting Romo and Garrett back together just seems like a stunt that will net no results. Probably be more of a mess. Until they bring in a new coaching staff, the same things will just continue.
