The funny/sad thing is this Cowboys squad is the type of team that could go out and beat the Chargers 31-14, then lay an egg 3 weeks in a row to end the season 9-7 and end up praying someone loses so we get a wild card berth.

We have just as much of a chance as anyone at beating San Diego at home, but I don't think a team quarterbacked by Jesus could beat the Saints in the Superdome right now.

I will say this. If we lose at home to San Diego next week, we will fold like a cheap suit the remainder of the season. This team's psyche is so fragil that two losses in a row to start December will do it completely in. Mark my words. A loss next week and we might go 0-5 in the last 5 games. Win next weekend and anything is possible. Don't know how it can get any bigger. Then again, this weekend was huge and we **** the bed once again.

You might be right. We definitely don't seem to get many calls. That GB game with those blown turnover calls, and yesterday with the Jacobs play holding and the non-PI call drive-killer. Bad calls have certainly contributed to our losses (not the sole reason of course). If the refs just call it straight and we don't implode, I still think we go 11-5. 10-6 at worst.

I don't know. We showed some resolve after starting the season 2-2. This team can still win the final 2 games even if it loses the next two. I obviously don't want to be in that position, but every week is different. Heck, Romo has a higher QB rating in December this year than the rest of the season, and he did that on the road at the Meadowlands.

No I believe we win against San Diego,Washington and Philly.I was impressed that our offense clicked well,especially RW.Our defense played bad but also got some crap calls.Special teams had a bad game too.San Diego is due for a loss.They played two crap teams back to back.

The rest of this season is a complete toss-up to me. I have no idea what my feelings are on it.

That's pretty much how I feel about this team right now. I mean, sure, they "can" beat the Chargers. They "can" beat almost any other team...in theory. But there is no way I'd guarantee anything right now. The Cowboys are just to inconsistent. They could win soundly or get blown out next weekend. If I were betting on NFL games, I'd stay far away from any the Cowboys play in.

They are going to be asking this team about their December struggles ALL WEEK LONG, and based on WADE's presser last night they are ALREADY tired of answering it! i know a lot of people will disagree with me but we have to win one of the next 2 games and the chargers are easier to beat.this is a season enderfor me and i hope the players feel the same way.
