SAS still annoying **

made excuses that the Cowboys just beat two very very bad teams and he can't wait till we start losing again!!! This dude just sat up here and made excuses that the cowboys just beat bad teams and he can't wait till we implode. we must beat SF to shut him up!

he and horse face mocking our offense saying its flawed and being coved up LMAO! drooling over SF and Philly..
Don't let it bother you, it's his schtick. If you're going to be a public hater, pick the team with the best ratings. Smart move for his career. Just like Skip Bayless does the other direction, and publicly proclaims his Cowboys "homerism." Which is a joke because all I remember that guy doing when he wrote in Dallas was trying to destroy the team from the inside.

SAS, Skip, and the rest of the idiots are in business of entertainment. It has nothing to do with sports anymore. Cowboys can beat the SF and Philly and it still won't be enough.

Yeah what they need to do though invite someone like me onto their show a fan who has a counterpoint they should do it like once a month have a show where you can get raffled in and win a contest and go I would literally call every one of these dudes out on stage on camera for all to see.. Seriously they they say things that aren't always factual or they leave out things so there's no context and perspective to what they're saying especially about Prescott sometimes it's insane that things they leave out just to make the show fit their narrative.. A fan like me remembers all the games all the way back to Prescott's first game and I could tell them what happened and every one of them gave when they're blaming the quarterback for the loss especially in the playoffs I would pick them the pieces I don't care how professional they are and the fact that they played they're leaving out stuff on purpose..

Mid-Day Shows, a lot of Cowboys fans in the side roles on these mid-day shows showing their colors today.

THE PAT McAFEE SHOW (ESPN)
Summary: Not much coverage on Cowboys posted on YouTube. Covers other teams more. Jets fans, you're not getting a new starting QB, give it up. Jets still believe in Zach Wilson. Jets will still make the Playoffs. Even though they've been hyped a long time, does feel like it's the year for the Cowboys.

THE HERD WITH COLIN COWHERD (Fox Sports)
Summary: (Cowboys coverage starts second half of video) Compares defense to Mike Tyson. Knocked out bad fighters fast. But intelligent, more experienced fighters gave him problems. Judge Cowboys defense on 49ers, Eagles, Dolphins and Chargers offense. What will happen when they don't jump out to a lead or the QB can manage with the pressure? They did this last year. Didn't think Jets were a Playoff Team.

GREENY SHOW (ESPN)
Summary: Cowboys are the best team in the League. Can't overreact to September because things will change but right now the best team.

THE CARTON SHOW (FOX Sports)
Summary: Picked the Jets to win it all. In damage control mode. Thinks not running the ball caused them to lose.

THE RICH EISEN SHOW (Roku)
Summary: Give it up to Mike McCarthy. Him taking control of the offense was the right move. Micah Parsons should be in running for MVP, not just DPOY. He only has 1 more NYC team to play though, so won't get as much attention. DPOY should be sealed now and his to lose.

I have been wishing they would do this for years. Get the real fans perspective of what we see and think as die hards. I'm so tired of these talking heads like SAS, straight up lying.

Started last night with this clip on Sportscenter and Tony Romo Analysis on CBS Sports:

    • 2023 Cowboys (Doomsday3?)
  • 13 - Last night was most consecutive completions Dak has ever had to start a game in his career
  • First 2-0 start for Coach Mac over Dallas Cowboys
  • First time Cowboys history to start first two games with 20+ margin wins
  • 9 straight wins at home for Cowboys right now going back to last year
  • Have to go back to 1965, to find a year that Cowboys allowed less overall points in first 2 games
  • 19 times in Cowboys history they have controlled Time Possession with 40+ minutes, they are 17-2 in those games
  • Cowboys are on track for 60 takeaways this year!

Not a overereaction. Cowboys are kicking butt and taking names.

Just wait until week 5 when we go out west and beat SF.

Yea, I agree with this.

I don’t normally watch those “talking head” post game/morning after shows, but after the way the first two games went, I had to see what the consensus was. And I was a little surprised to see how much love we’re getting.

And I don’t think it’s an overreaction for someone to say- the Dallas Cowboys are THE team to beat right now, or are the best team in the league, RIGHT NOW.

Of course it’s a long season, there will be ups and downs but right now I don’t think there’s a team in this league that I would bet on to beat the Cowboys.

You can tell things are just clicking for us out there through two games. This is going to be a fun season for Cowboys fans.

So you had to point out the one bad decision even though I can look at every game from all 32 teams every week and find even the best quarterbacks have that one type of play every game every single game I mean no one's perfect we don't know what he saw or what he was trying to do but yeah people make quick decisions when under fire and quarterbacks are not perfect I mean we're figuring that out right why don't you take a look at who's number one in QBR right now that would be Prescott you wanna know who's struggling right now some of the highest paid quarterbacks in the league are struggling...

Just saying look at their passing stats if that's all we wanna look at look at their decisions we've seen even jalen hurts a fumble and interception he's missed some throws I mean they took the ball out of his hands we've seen Joe Burrows looks like trash but he'll probably be OK later I mean seriously it is what it is you take one game at a time every game is different there's no reason to overreact but there is every reason to be very very happy as a Cowboys fan right now... Prescott will throw an interception this year he might even fumble the ball because that's what all quarterbacks do there is no quarterback that's gone through a season without making a mistake or a high throw or throw into the ground or missing a wide open guy all quarterbacks do it, seriously some of the best ones to ever play the game make mistakes the thing here is fans need to understand that and we need to stop picking on the guy for just being human..

What was hilarious is that he said that San Fran has beaten 2 very good teams. In the Steelers and Rams

Dallas has a mostly peaceful defense.

By peaceful, I mean nasty.

Early videos, pick your poison, recaps below:

GOOD MORNING FOOTBALL (NFL Network)
Summary: Jets defense blew it. They were supposed to keep them in the game. They have to be best defense in NFL with Aaron Rodgers out, and they didn't do it. They did it to Josh Allen, but couldn't do it to Dak. Coach Q gets lots of love from crew. They admit they were wrong about Kellen Moore's impact. Dak looks good.

GET UP (ESPN)
Summary: Jets must trade for Kirk Cousins when Vikings lose chance for Playoffs, defense can't carry the team. Crew apologizes about trashing Coach Mac for getting rid of Kellen Moore. Coach Mac is a much better play caller than he was in the past. Cowboys are the Super Bowl favorite. Jets defense was catching air whole game. Incredible how many plays Cowboys ran off. Jets screwed up by not running enough. Romo is right about how quickly the plays come in.

FIRST TAKE (ESPN)
Summary: 49ers are still the best team in the NFL. Biggest question for Cowboys offense and recent history is can you be what you need to be when you need to be it? Want to see Cowboys beat tougher teams. Playcalling for Jets was horrible and no committment to the run.

UNSCRIPTED (FOX SPORTS)
Summary: Micah Parsons is running away with Defensive Player of Year and Cowboys are best team in NFL. Cowboys are most complete team in all 3 areas. Jets have a great defense and all Cowboys offensive questions were answered. Jets CB Sauce took his Twitter account down because of criticism on his coverage of CeeDee Lamb.

Great thread wow. Elite.

Right at least we used to have that guy Will Cain, can't remember his name used to be on there and Michael Irvin would show up sometimes really all we got now is Marcus Spears he does help a little bit..

However, what they're doing though is it's almost 100% scripted and they're editing and cherry picking and only bringing up parts of the stories that need to be brought up about how those games unfolded they just go right back to the quarterback say Prescott's not gonna be able to get it done he's their weak spot and I'm telling you I would just go off on them..

I mean if you've seen some of my posts here they can ramble on and be full of context and I'd be great for one of these talk shows they might even have to cut the brake six times because they'd have to calm me down..

I can't wait to see this defense against a good offense.
I expect they will make us proud, but I can't wait to see it actually happen.
