He's made a few nice plays, but he's gotten away with some pretty bad/risky throws. All against 2nd & 3rd team guys. Bottom line, MEH.

There were people who honestly thought Houston should take him number 1 overall. Unbelievable. Even with a lost season of Clowney, Manziel would be a disaster at 1 overall. Heck, the drama when we were on the clock was nauseating.
