Playoff success, or McCarthy is unemployed.

Jason Garrett is the only coach to stay longer than four years, since Jerry Jones bought the team in 1989.

Jerry had to prove in his own mind that he would place trust beyond that four year window of a Head Coach. He gave Jason Garrett his opportunity, and Jason didn't deliver for a variety of reasons.

Concepts are still there as the base of his franchise and success is the ingredient it all boils down to.

What are you hoping for from a B- coach and a tier 3-4 QB?
Keep posting those 10-paragraph posts even though most of us are wishing you get writer's block as pretty much no one reads them due to their length.
My eyes are fine 20/20 hope MM and Dak are the same.
Stay around during the season as I have a feeling you're gonna have a lot of work on your hands trying to excuse the inexcusable!!!!

Or, one could say that MM chose to join a team with an established OC who had created one of the top offenses in the NFL.
