What’s the negotiations for?
the current deal is done, you have to negotiate a new deal, but it's not just about whether he's going to be the coach here and what capacity is going to be the offensive coordinator, is he going to be forced to hire a whole new offensive staff?? whose the DC?

there's a lot of details that have discussions about, and if they don't come to a full agreement ,then they will both walk away, and it will hire somebody else at this point it's not even worth talking about but you're calling them stupid for negotiating on a possible new deal he's no longer their current head coach ,you'd be very wrong technically the contract ran out ,and they're in a negotiating period,

I mean on that note don't you agree that is a very important part of a contract not the money or the length of time but whether he's gonna continue here as an offensive coordinator whether he brings in a new staff and who that might be there's a lot to workout...

Just because they're talking doesn't mean they'll make a deal, I just want everyone on here to be happy in the end!
You would have to rescind Dim's contract extension, and give Booger and Chuckles a One flew over the cuckoo's nest lobotomy. That would make me happy!!! :)

Arrogance at its finest. As Cowboys fans, you have to get used to the fact that you have to eat whatever Rusty Jones puts on the table, even if you don't like it. You eat it because I'm the owner, I'm a loser and you have to too. My team is the most expensive garbage team in the world and you eat the garbage that I give you. Fill my stadium, give me your money, believe all the lies that I tell you and you put up with it.

I think it hit them that he might be the best they can do.

But I hate the approach.

Like the Eagles settled for Sirianni and yes I think he sucks but they got to the SB and he ended up being the right guy for them. Same goes for Peterson. You just never know unless you try. Try the unknown and strike out. Try the same thing over and striking out is silly and stupid.

Mike did better than I expected and it’s not his fault we suck but you hired him to do a job and he didn’t do it. What’s the negotiations for?
In deference to Sirianni, what would he have to do for you to think he doesn’t “suck”?

I mean he sucks to me regardless. He seems to be a product of his coordinators. He lost his two coordinators.....they make the playoffs last year but struggle down the stretch. They get Fangio.....and Moore among other things.....now I'm not gonna insinuate Moore is why they are having success but he seems to be doing better than what Brian Johnson could for them. Could also be adding Barkley.

It's probably unfair to him. I've asked Eagles fans what exactly does Sirianni do. All they can tell me is "the players like him". Meanwhile, he consistently has players fighting in the locker room and complaining....or I guess really just AJ Brown lol.
