JJ has already forgiven or forgotten that game unfortunately. And besides, winning isn't the priority so game has zero bearing on MM staying or going... obviously.
Maybe Mac wants out, thats what Im hoping for.

No surprise......I would walk
Make Jerry hire a new coach on a 3-year deal

Well, how ever long it is, one thing is for sure….he will be here for the entire length of it.

That aside, I realize these two can’t do any better, but they don’t even seem to want to try. Why? Laziness, or Jerry doesn’t want to change what he does? Both?

Meh, Mike’ll keep them sufficiently in mediocrity when a crash and burn is what’s needed.

Yup and then Parsons will follow in Ware's footsteps and leave to get a ring elsewhere

We can all hope this is the case cause if he does leave, JJ/SJ not having a credible backup plan will blow up in their faces even worse than before.

He wins. It’s his first head coaching job in the NFL. Since he got the job he’s out coached Mike McCarthy. Cowboys are going to re-sign McCarthy. Eagles likely terminate Sirianni if they lose at home in the playoffs to the Packers. Sirianni knows his job is to win. McCarthy knows he really doesn’t have to.
Good post.
Last 2 sentences really nail it.
One team's FO demands coaching accountability for postseason success or if failure, they move on from that coach.

This one demands its coaching to accomplish catch phrases to make money like relevance and around the rim. And if accomplished, you are rewarded to stay the course.

The toughest thing is watching the new ownership group of the Commanders, and the owner of the Eagles, they’re trying to do something. Jerry Jones is satisfied as long as he is something.

I guess McCarthy will take less than all of the other potential head coaches and since Jerry already knows he can make McCarthy do whatever he wants (play Zeke, etc) why change? Jerry gets exactly what he wants. A yes man and he gets to use his "it was the injuries" excuse.
