You would think "professsionals" who get to see all the info would get the vast majority of their player decisions right. Sure, everyone is going to miss sometimes or get forced into a no win situation but how anyone could have thought he was the answer at this point is kind of mind blowing.

Carson Wentz will soon be on his 4th different team in 4 years, assuming that BUM gets another gig.

Remember those Dak vs Wentz debates??? Dak has now lapped him 8,000 times over.

Dak wins.

@Risen Star lost.

@Risen Star got CLOBBERED.
:lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

I guess. Dak has been looking like Wentz lately, and hasn’t really done much. 1 playoff win. Clearly, Dak has been the better player, but it doesn’t seem like taking a victory lap is productive.

And we saw why Minshew is a backup. Eagles need Hurts or they are one and done. Coop>Minshew.

Philly defense looked like crap that has nothing to do with their offense. All I'm saying is this weekends game is not a given.

Makes sense. Heinicke is Washington's best quarterback.
Prolly, unless it's the rook. Problem is, Heineke is strictly a backup type. He's just not going to take you there.

I didn't agree w/ switching to Wentz, but I understand it. Wentz is a starter type, he's just a really bad one. This was prolly just giving him one more shot before the offseason dump. If you look at it from that perspective, makes sense.

No, a victory lap is not productive; however, even with Dak's lack of playoff success it is still way more than Wentz. Dak has 1 playoff victory. Wentz has completed only 1 pass in the playoffs.

At this point just play Howell the entire game.

Let the rookie get a taste of the NFL.

This reminds me of the Cowboys 2004 season finale. They were eliminated from the playoffs, but Parcells chose to start Testeverde instead of Drew Henson or even Tony Romo to see what they had. Everyone knew Testeverde was gone after the season. It seemed pointless.

No matter how you slice it, Dak is a top 15 starter. Wentz is a bottom 5. They are not in the same conversation. Anyone who puts them there should be ignored.

I'm more scared of Heinicke than Wentz. Wentz just doesn't have it anymore. Heinicke is tough, and is capable of making plays for his team. I definitely wouldn't call him elite, or even starter-level, but he does have a knack for making plays that help his team.

If I'm Washington, I would give Howell the full run. I think Heinicke will get a nice raise for some team next year on a backup contract and I wouldn't rule out Washington bringing him back as a bridge, but they'll either give a strong eye to Richardson/Levis in the draft or throw some money at Mayfield/Jimmy G. Maybe they'll get ballsy and trade for Carr.
