I had a friend that "knows someone" tell me this a couple of weeks ago but I didn't believe it. Maybe he knows something after all...

If true, I'm not in favor, but he certainly would be a valuable trade commodity...

This team lives or dies based on the OL play this year, it would be crazy to trade away their only depth. All it takes is one injury to that OL and they'll start shuffling players around with Leary coming in...

Pass rush is harder to find than OG. So who is going to give up a top pass rusher for something that is easier to get? All the other stupid parts of this aside.

Throw crap against the wall and see if any sticks. Werder fishing for clicks.
What a joke!

IMO, Werder has one of the Jones's as his source.

He's been right so many times about stuff going on behind the scenes that I just stopped questioning him.

Maybe his own opinions stink but if he says a source in the organization is telling him that Collins is available than I believe him.

No, it wouldn't. He's a guard, the most replaceable player on a team.

To a team with a bad offensive line, he's more than just a guard, and if you could turn that into a significant defensive player, you ABSOLUTELY do it. But it would have to be a significant player with a contract that allows Dallas control.

He could play Tackle for a ton of teams so some team could view him in that light.

That isn't what is happening. People outside the cowboys are saying they've heard rumors. His cowboy source said it was stupid.

What kind of bull**** story is this? I can't stand Werder. What the heck are you even reporting? You wrote a story about a rumor that you fact checked to be wrong and you wrote it anyway?
Beat me to it. His source is supposedly based in the Cowboys' organization and his said source responded to his inquiry that the idea was stupid. Why question your inside person if you're going to ignore him/her anyway?

The E in ESPN stands for Entertainment but it could just as well stand for Ed. Same thing.

As hard as Jerry came with the full court press to get this kid to commit to the Cowboys, I just can't see this rumor going anywhere.
Just think if another situation comes up and a team works hard to get you that you really wanted to play for and they soon after
trade your rights away. Would any team really suicide themselves like that???
