If Norv is hired w/ JG as OC, then I hope Jason gets a contract like the Skins DC which would give him a load of $$ if he is not named the next head coach.

I would hate to go through all this trouble for Garrett and then lose him to someone else in 2 years. If you want him to be a HC soon, either give him the job now or pay him big to give him a reason to hang around.

I just don't know why anyone would committ to a tenative two year deal unless they were old like Parcells, Phillips and Reeves.

Turner can coach for another decade.

Just freakin get Reeves in here already. Then for defense if you want Wades style of Defense snag his understudy, Manusky, for the DC. Since he'd well be the DC under Wade if he came here anyway.
