But NOW after the disastrous Defensive start, bringing him is clearly different.

It was clear that decisive & immediate action was necessary. And, to the credit of the front office, they took it.

At that point he knew the cowboys really wanted CP to be their guy, Mike could have wanted the spot. Now that they NEED MP, it's more tempting because later in life he may be elevated!!

We'll find out alot about Parker with this hire. People who are great know when to be humble and ask for help and learn from people who know more than they do.

The upside is it does seem like there's light at the end of the tunnel. Get Bland off the field. Get Ferguson off the field. Get your secondary assignments fixed so you're not giving up, ya know, huge pass plays. The only thing I don't know is fixable is the lack of pass rush, so hopefully Pettine can help find a way to generate some.

Never said I did care what CP thinks. I just said this is really bad news for him, regardless of his relationship with Pettine.

The only real issue without having established roles between the two is you may end up with a split locker room or even coaching staff if some are behing CP and some are behind Pettine.
