The problem with an ex-former Cowboy FORCED on the staff is the perception will be that he is Jerry's eyes and ears in the lockeroom. If Jerry wants to his eyes and ears in the lockeroom...then he should just hire himself as the head coach.

I mean we have had old players come back to coach before and that hasn't been an issue....although none of them were ever called a snitch either

that's jerry's mindset. not mine. why else bring on a high school coach to the NFL!!!! he coaches a 5A school in texas....

that was his thought process with brining on Zeke. to sell left over inventory Jerseys....he didn't even bother to print the #15 Zeke jersey's just kept selling the #21!!!

the Jones family can't get out of their own way. And no, I am not rooting for a different team. (thats a big go-to line for homers) But if we end up with a first time head coach AND with witten anything more than TE coach, my interest will drop. Enough is enough with jerry and his puppet show.

It’s not about rooting for another team per se, but I’ve taken interest in younger teams like Detroit and I follow the Rams a bit (my union does a lot of work at SoFi), and that’s all because of Jerry and Dak to an extent, but that’s what he’s done to longtime fans. I use to get so worked up, but not anymore, now I just smirk in amusement.
